Our client is a world leading manufacturer of specialty chemical solutions. To meet the future challenges of competition in the China Market and to ensure the ongoing growth of the Company, our client exclusively appointed us to now search for the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Start as Senior Sales Manager and lead an expanding sales team across the mainland China
-Conduct activities regarding sales & marketing in China to meet the sales target assigned by the company
-Stick to sales regulation, ability to build up a sales team and efficient channel through agents
-Carry out sales strategy, manage & control the selling expense, to ensure business profitability
-Negotiating contracts, coordinating with the Business and Commercial teams to develop strategies, establish goals, and close deals, and monitoring and managing the implementation after commitments
-Contributing to the business development and technical strategy by providing Market Insight, Accountability, and Competitor Information
-Assist CEO to analyze the potential market and define sales marketing strategies for China
-Evaluate the performance of distributors, and coordinate with other departments to solve problems of the company and clients
-Establish good relationship with customer and government contacts and prospect for new and expanded business
-Report to CEO China directly

PROFILE

-Nationality: Chinese or Overseas-Chinese.
-Age: 35+.
-Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese communication skills.

REQUIRED

-Previous experience should include 5+ years senior sales manager in the Polymer or Specialty Chemical Industry with multinational company working experience. Candidate with a technical degree and / or MBA are preferred
-Excellent sales skills with proven record and business acumen and strong negotiating skills
-At least 5 years people management experience, strong leadership and coordinating skills as well as cooperative team spirit
-Hands-on experiences in channels management and able to monitor contributors' performance across the whole mainland
-Highly motivated and sales-driven to achieve the results and objectives
-Excellent presentation skills, leading to desirable result

It is highly respected in the clutch and gear industry worldwide. To meet the future challenges of competition in global markets and to ensure the ongoing growth of the Company, our client exclusively appoints us to search for this Executive Management position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Create and calculate "efficiency strategies" and investment plans in China
-Manage investment projects into the plant from planning to implementation
-Establishment of a production plant in China
-Lead the whole production plant, preferably come from automotive industry
-Lead and manage approx. 300 employees accordingly
-Ensure product delivery on time and at highest quality standards
-Planning and establishment of up-to-date production methodologies
-Purchasing Management, evaluate machines and material resources at lowest costs with best quality
-Follow Quality Assurance standards

PROFILE

-Nationality: No restriction. Mainland Chinese or foreign Chinese preferred.
-Age: 35+.
-Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese communication skills. German is an advantage.

-Business development in China and business development support in Japan / Korea.
-Frequent traveling to Japan or Korea. Frequent traveling within China and other Asian regions.

PROFILE

-Nationality: Japanese, Korean or Chinese.
-Age: Between 25 to 35 years.
-Language: Excellent oral communication skills, both in Japanese or Korean. English is a must! Chinese is an advantage. Japanese or Korean reading and writing skills are an advantage.

REQUIRED

-Experience in working as a Human Resources or Assessment Consultant is preferred. Candidates with experiences in related industries and with high potential, are welcome as well.
-A self-motivated, representative, hands-on and dynamic personality, with extraordinary communication, analyzing and corresponding skills. A person who can work very professional in a challenging and demanding business environment.
-Experience in handling important and confidential issues as main responsible.
-In-depth understanding of the Japanese or Korean culture and business environment.
