Assessing Expatriates: Swiss-ASIA c-PA methodology thoroughly reveals intercultural intelligence, strengths, concerns and potential of key-employees with regard to a possible assignment in any Asian- respectively European country.
- The becoming Expatriate then undergoes a tailor-made preparation program by Swiss-ASIA.
- In addition, Swiss-ASIA offers onsite coaching when the Expatriate is taking-over intended assignments.

Assessing Impatriates: After years of managing subsidiaries in Asia, some Expatriates are relocated back to the headquarter in order to make effective use of their precious know-how. For those Expatriates - now Impatriates, it is however not always easy to integrate into the political and strategic environment of the headquarter.
