When companies decide to offer "outplacement" services to departing employee(s), expectations are to enable each employee finding a suitable and satisfying new employment as soon as possible.

Based on the Individual c-PA Report, Swiss-ASIA then defines precise goals and strategies in cooperation with the outplacement-participant.
The outplacement participant then receives onsite coaching durning the process of searching a new employment.
