Swiss-ASIA offers an intercultural 1-day seminar ("InterAction") for Asian employees - employed at European companies in Asia. Daily communication and cooperation between headquarter representatives and local Asian employees is often dominated by prejudices, miscommunication and misunderstanding - on both sides.

This seminar will enable participants to gain knowledge of how specific western cultural beliefs and values trigger different behaviors, and thus - shape business mindsets and modes of interaction, specifically when dealing with European counterparts on a daily basis.

The 1-day seminar is divided into 2 parts; "Generating Inter-Cultural Awareness" and "Applying Inter-Cultural Skills".
