Over the past 9 years, Swiss-ASIA and its Senior-Consultants gained extensive HR related experiences in the Asia-Pacific region. Swiss-ASIA is therefore often requested to provide Asia-specific strategic consulting, advicing from an entrepreneurial and HR related point of view. Through intensive cooperation with our customers' headquarter representatives as well as with the local CEOs in Asia over the past 9 years, Swiss-ASIA is in the unique position to understand and "bridge" both sides' requirements effectively. Our task is to successfully unite both "parties" specific needs and interests.

2: Search & assess Distributors / Agents in Asia-Pacific region:
Swiss-ASIA maintains a very tight and up-to-date network across the Asia-Pacific region with organizations, business networks, chambers of commerce and government officials. When our customers are in need to find or replace Distributors for example, our tight network and experience as assessment consultancy takes full effect.
Despite the potential Distributors' / Agents' business results, Swiss-ASIA will thoroughly assess the key-personnel (incl. the owner) and will provide a comprehensive Report about each Distributor / Agent - revealing their strengths, weaknesses and potential.
